With more than 20 years of experience in the field, we now belong to Germany´s established market research companies.
Generally, we prefer to conduct our studies by phone. A direct dialogue with the respondant has been proved more effective and informative than a filled-in questionnaire. That helps us to carry out in-depth and implementation-orientated market research. Of course, depending on the application, we also apply other evaluation methods.
Experience reports captured verbatim are another important factor to retain authenticity and collect detailed information. We specifically developed our DRCA-method to combine the advantages of a interview conducted by phone and a qualitative depth interview.
Concerning our projects, we focus on implementation. That requires that we do not only detect the status-quo but, if possible, always the hidden reasons behind it. Additionally, our target-orientated results enable direct and specific improvement measures and recommendations for action.
As a full-service market research company, we centralise all services in our head-office, from conception of studies to data collection, analysis and reporting. In addition to our full-service, we also offer the services of our CATI-Studio and of our transcription and coding team separately.
